About this version of CSPad alignment
- Quads are aligned individually using the entire image of the detector, so the quad coordinates and orientations coinsides with their values for detector.
- Sensors are aligned based on their center point position from optical measutement.
- Center coordinates were rounded to integer numbers in order to insert everything in 2-D array.
- Tilt angles were not taken into account.
