| 5/20/2022 | Mike | The DG2 stopper "out" channel was not allowing the stopper to show as "open" in MPS screen. | Attempted to debug the system by testing the cable from the switch to the rack in the XRT, check the XRT rack connections for continuity and change of input signals as stopper was opened and closed. Additionally checked for continuity at the patch panel in MPS rack. Finally went to check at the level of the card and the connection was seemingly restored. | Unplugged and replugged the connector on the card and it started working again. Moral of the story, have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in? |
