- ePixM project plan submitted, baselined in P6. Mech design review held Jan 24 (actions circulated). Received sensor wafers from L-Foundry, dicing.
- SparkPix-S Phase II (full-size ASIC for sparsification engine), on-track. Budget request for MBES application.
- ePixHR V: beamline test completed, data analysis slow.
- TXI Detectors (2Mp and 140kp based on ePixHR @5kHz) Wafer purchase order placed, delay to delivery of about 3 months, other things likely to slip as well.
- ePixUHR (130nm TSV structure to reach 100kHz), CDR completed, PEC approved start, project underway.
- Production:
- spare ePix10k modules (0.5 & 1mm) First batch of no-ghost received, now packaging and wirebonding.
- Approved 3d copy of ePix10k2m: underway, March delivery (slipped due to module delay, PCB issues)
- Approved spare quads for MEC: delivered, in test.
- Proposed in-air 2m/1mm project plan submitted to OIP.
- Proposed UED detector upgrade, planning in work.
- Proposed ePix10k4m (concept)
- RIXS-CCD/cooler test and verification: Available for PCDS testing. Working on test report, and review with NEH2.2.
- HiZ collaboration tests: Datananalysis in work (plan?). Follow-on proposal needed.
- Outreach for R&D support (SparkPix-ED, SparkPix Delta).
- SBIR effort for UXI not funded.

| No update on dept head recruiting. Taking vacation time on Fridays. Thanks for help in lab cleanup. Better, need more work and mach room completion. RA boxes?? Complete tests on RIXS-CCD this week and store safely - fit check looks OK, need more cables...asked Gerogi for PA code. Chiller issues in UED not reproducible in lab.....compare pressure readings? Opportunity to focus on lagging priorities: Marietta/Kimball, water/power, RIXS-CCD data analysis/reporting, beamtime data analysis, vac test chamber? Status on water/power?? Topics for Cal team meeting? Bojan to join going forward.
KN: - No timing in ASC...probably due to power issues in NEH.
