Single 90 min meeting going forward, rather than two 60min meetings?

ePix Update:

• • Green-light to TID for following:
    • $60k for parallel ePix10k flipchip bonding run (FY19)
    • $75k to build two new ePix100 detectors (one front-looking, one side-looking), repair the existing compromised units, and store the spare modules against future needs.  Please allocate half of this against 16152-A4001 ePix Support, and the other half against 16158-A4001 Other Detector Support.
    • $5k for an identical copy of the new ePix10k shroud, so that the two 2M cameras will be physically identical.  Please use PA code 16152-A4001 ePix Support for this M&S.
    • $1k for a pair of cases with custom foam for the ePixBig cameras.  Please use PA code 16152-A4001 ePix Support for this M&S.
  • Still to consider:
    
    • $3k for metrology of existing ePixBig (FY19)
    • $25k to formally release ePixBig drawings/models in TeamCenter (FY20)
      
      
  • Testing has begun on ePixHR: Chip is alive and registers can be programmed...more results soon. Rebaseline after we know whether it works.

• SXR requirements doc signed off.

• TES re-baseline document not yet forwarded to LCLS mgmt. I'm late on this.

• Project document for MCP/TImepix is in review with UCB finance. Need to get funding rolling, and to set up a visit to kick this off.
• Costed proposal from VFCCD received....lots of spending in FY 19 that will be hard to accomplish.
• Are we missing some 10k Smalls?
• Need to conclude the fiber saga.....collect items from Ernesto and TID (timing crate)? (do fibers run from detector lab to laser lab??)
• Status of 'buy' list?

Status:

• RA: BIO done. Ready to anchor legs.
  Working on TeamCenter imports.
  JF is focus for foreseeable.
  Wavefront sensor work with Matt Seaburg.
  
  JF interface document development....where do we want to draw the line? MEC EMP testing CSPAD/ePix Date TBD
• PH: EMP testing confusing, but 10k didn't fall over. SIlke and Mike Brown helping.
  CSPAD Quad given to TID for isolation/testing as next stage.
  Marc Foster: no obvious solution for fibers.
  ePix10k and ePix100 setup on XCS for software development.
  Paper published in SPIE conference proceedings.
  CSPAD going on eBay....better use??
• KN: Wave8 for FIM ??R 5/29.
  Laser setup progressing.
• KZ: Draft RIXS CCD procedure completed.
  ePix10k requires new MPODS, working issue
• Laser SoP moving forward...set up so no laser glasses necessary...administrative controls OK
• eGun interlock doc (2wk.)
• Status documentation/procedures effort
• How many fibers do we have to run to B84?? Work with Jana to tell Mark Foster (2wk)
