- Carrier PCB board required for testing the HR ASIC has been completed and is now in fab.
- PCB will be back next week and we will bond the chips

- Peter wanted to express requirements rather than simple specifications. Document prepared and circulating for review. Comments by end of this week please.
- TES re-baseline document has been prepared and is in review by LCLS. Will circulate for comment once strategy is agreed. Year 3 contract funding at CU turned on.
- We have a costed proposal from Anton for MCP/TImepix tests...need to get this moving, may ask for some review comments.
- Update > Status RIXS-CCD test planning
- Masks not here yet, checking with Sallie.
- Ground issues resolved from first test?
