Troubleshooting

If "iocConsole ioc-xxx-xxx" fails, you can try one of the followings:

1) iocConsole ioc-xxx-xxx -cleanup

2) log in lcls-daemon1 as laci,
/home/screen/bin/screen -list
kill the PID associated with ioc-xxx-xxx

3) reset the terminal server port number for ioc-xxx-xxx.
log in any LCLS machine on CA network as iocegr
iocTSmgr ioc-xxx-xxx reset
