The layout for the fiber is as follows:
LCLS-II Out9 from the fanout on 211, to In0 on the fanout from the LCLS-II crate on the table in Rm197, then finally from Out3 of that fanout to EVR[1] on the crate in Rm196.
The issue was that the fiber was connected to the Rx side on Out3 and Tx side on EVR[1]. So, I just swapped the connection on both ends and Namrata was able to get LCLS-II timing again. An alliteration device I came up with that helps me remember what side is receive and what side is transmit since the SFP slots don't have those labeled, is "right receive, left leave". A wrap around label has been added on both ends of the motion lab fiber as well.
