Full recovery, from e.g. a CPU reboot or power outage

  1. Check that CPU is up, verify master source IOCs sioc-sys0-ms0[1..6] are running

  2. Open the MS/PRL main display

  3. Verify that the MO is locked
    1. See MOLocker
  4. Verify that all power amps are at their target power levels
    1. See PRLAmps
    2. Note: If chassis have been power cycled, there may be a discrepancy between the amp power and the attenuator setpoint.  See Troubleshooting.
  5. Verify that PRL loops are locked
    1. See PRLLoops
