The MCOR power supply systems consist of three basic elements; the Bulk power supply, the MCOR power supplies fed by the Bulk PS, and the control electronics.
The Bulk power supplies can be:
? Lambda EMI Model ESS 60-165 type, 60Volts, 165 Amps. Their internal switching frequencies are stated to be from 240 KHz to 260 KHz.
? IE Power Inc

The MCOR power supplies are cards that mount in an MCOR chassis and come in two sizes, MCOR12 which can supply up to 12 Amps at +/- 40 Volts, and MCOR30 which can supply up to 30 amps at up to +/- 70 Volts. These cards use internal switching frequencies from 40 KHz to 60 KHz, so this frequency and it's harmonics are the signatures that might indicate noise generated from an MCOR controller card.

The MCOR control circuitry traditionally consists of external interfacing equipment including the SAM/DAC units and they're associated internal noise sources. The MCOR smart IOC, in development now, that will plug directly into the MCOR chassis slot #0, have electronics running at a base frequency of 64MHz for the main processor and 50 MHz for the interface FPGA. These controllers are similar to other IOC in their configurations.
