This another case where we need to increase the separation of IPDVs by reducing the numbers of countries in a given chart.
There does appear to be IPDV increases in several countries towards the end of March and early April.

According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/COVID-19_pandemic_in_Cuba the 1st 3 caseson were Mar 11, and on Mar 24 schools were closed.
