To align the shroud fixed to the nozzle, you will need to move the Injector stage motors:
TODO: schematic of the nozzle rod and the effect of the coarse and fine motors.
Monitor scattering on the Jungfrau4M: the exit cone of the shroud might be covering part of the image.
Move the coarse motors in X and Y until the shadow is centered.
Then use a combination of coarse X and Z to "zoom in" until the shadow disappears.
