- Insert the beamline He-Ne incoupling mirror - 3.8 or 3.9 at the moment, but was 0
- Align the xyz, pitch and yaw mount of the beamline He-Ne so that the green laser passes through
- Both the laser in-coupling mirror hole and the sc1-inline mirror hole
- Also the center of the diamond window downstream before the SCC chamber
- Start with widely-open DSB slits (full He-Ne beam), then close the slits down to e.g., 500um window for stricter alignment
