1. FSW upgraded versions of python for their own use, not knowing svac was using it; updateElogDB jobs failed. Change to point to old version (2.2) of python.

2. pipeline back end had bug in handling failed jobs. Had omitted a key 'return' in a case switch. 2nd bug was failing to record size of datasets in the database.
Run '1000' in the demodev task proves this release. Its success can be verified using the DEV TaskRunSummary and Dataset Catalog (beta) utilities in the glast-ground web-app.
