I tried to play with the alpha relation for NA but couldn't get the geolocation accuracy to improve. Unfortunately I am too busy these days with office work due to ongoing network deployment in multiple cities and hence couldn't focus on the paper.
I have attached a zip file containing the codes along with excel files that have the scatter plots.
As for as code modification is concerned, you would only need to modify lines 1140 to 1190 as these specify the conversion of RTT to distances and hence where alpha comes in.
For execution:
