"The Second Fermi Large Area Telescope Catalog of Gamma-ray Pulsars" will be submitted to the Astrophysical Journal Supplement during the week of 8 May 2013.
The spectral and pulse profile results described in detail in the paper (Appendix B) are available on this page.
I have borrowed heavily from the 2FGL format. The pulsar catalog will consist of a primary FITS file containing information about all 117 pulsars. In addition, there will be ancillary FITS files, one per pulsar, containing the lightcurve, spectrum, and timing information.
These file definitions will also include Unified Content Descriptors metadata to keep the file VO-compliant. You can find the list of accepted UCD indicators here.
Archive contents
A tarball of files containing the pulsar catalog results and associated files will be released with the paper. This tarball will include:
- Pulsar Catalog FITS file
- Directory containing PDF spectral plots
- Directory containing 117 PDF lightcurve plots
- Directory containing timing par files
- Directory containing individual pulsar FITS file
The 2PC file archive will have a full directory structure once untarred and ungzipped.

A user will be able to untar the archive, find the images directory, and flip through the individual image files contained there.
Main Catalog FITS file
This file will contain all pulsar-specific information included in the 2PC tables. It will also include additional data useful for replicating the analysis. There will be one line per pulsar.

Timing .par file archive
TEMPO2 par files are used to replicate the timing analysis done in 2PC.

Light Curve images
All 2PC pulsars will have light curve image files.
File format: Vector image

- Need to convert to PDF
- Missing the "Fermi 2PC" watermarks

Only pulsars with fitstat=Y will have SED image files.

- What should be the fitstat classification for PSR J1858-2216?
- Should we include any the profile fitting information for the third peak?
- Should we including the profile fitting information for the bridge?
- Do we want to include the best-fit light curve profile as an additional extension in the individual pulsar FITS files?
- Do we want to include useful scripts in the final archive?
- Are the light curve images in SVN the final versions?
- Do we want to include XML for the pulsar spectral analysis? For the off-pulse?
- What off-pulse analysis results besides the content of the table and TS_Var need to be included in the main FITS file?
