29/7 5PM: POWER OUTAGE ON WHOLE CERN SITE SINCE 8AM- NO ESTIMATION AVAILABLE FOR POWER AND BEAM BACK. SHIFTS ARE ON HOLD UNTIL POWER IS BACK IN THE BARRACK AND EXPERIMENTAL AREA.
