• As far as Sebastian knows we are not doing owl shift calls

• Sebastian. Maybe we add info to CM summary display to add more info about what you should and when to call experts
  • e.g. cavity calibration failed might not need a call (but maybe if you can't maintain energy?)
• Lauren has started dragging EOIC's into troubleshooting, at least so they can gather more info before calling
  • Lauren is interested in expanding low level trouble shooting

• 30 min once a week meeting to discuss issues that are coming/becoming more common
• Lauren: should include EOICs.
• Sebastian: maybe just Janice as an intermediate to keep the group small
• Questions about training again. Showing just one EOIC something might not spread well through ops.
• Could join weekly ops Thursday meeting and have window for us there for people to complain about SRF issues they've had recently

• Had an SSA fail SSA char last night and Lauren got called
  
  • Was needed to get needed gradient in L
• This is one of those things where it just fails because (maybe temp changes?) just cause a point to fail
• Should we re-institute a thing where it lowers drive max and tries again?
  • Use saved value, iterate down some amount, don't save a new value?
  • Lauren: should we start another wiki article with some more SSA trouble shooting when auto-setup fails?
