Weird stuff to be aware of

The gain correction formula is (raw-pedestal) / gain correction.  Not weird actually, this is the default.  The ePix100 multiplies by the gain correction.

The CDS can produce surprising behavior in autoranging because the first and second samples have different gains.

Nonlinearity and extra switching noise at the autoranging transition can be confusing if the illumination conditions fall in this small part of phase space.
