In CXI there are a couple focusing lenses including the 10µm, ~1 micron focus and refocusing lens stack for multiplexing.

10µm focus

The 10µm focus lens is a compound refractive lens made out of Beryllium located in Sample Chamber 1. This lens is used to focus a range of photon energy above 4keV.

1 Micron focus

The 1 micron focusing lens is the second set of focusing lenses in CXI, this stack is located on Diagnostics Section 2 (DG2). This device can be used on an unfocused beam to produce a 3x3 micron focus at the sample.
