Update on May 11, 2020 due to failure of the C85-9 ultra low freezer.
- Most of the samples moved to B131-290 at -80C. Old samples in B33 small freezer in gowning area at -23C.

- Notice that during the 2 days period of time the samples have been stored in the chest with dry ice: The blue sensor 3 is on rack-9 sitting highest in the chest, sitting on top of another rack. The chest is only big enough to have all other 7 racks sitting on lower level. The green sensor 2 is on another rack at lower level so you can tell the difference.

- Needs input, there are at least 2 other mixed syringes in the freezer apart from the one listed, numbers for these in logbook taped to freezer
- One unmixed cartridge in freezer
- Two unmixed cartridges in refrigerator
