Files taken from MC05, modified for new XPS controller (MC10), changed on 2022, May 25

• UTS150PPV6_ZOMBIE_2021
• UTS100PPV6_ZOMBIE_REVERSE_2021
• UTS150PPV6_ZOMBIE_REVERSE_2021
• for the UTS stages: needed to add "JogJerkTime = 0.05; Seconds" (copied from original config file)
• TRA12PPV6_ZOMBIE_2021
• TRA25PPV6_ZOMBIE_100TPI
• for the TRA12: reduced velocity + acceleration
  • MaximumVelocity=0.15;--- units / s
  • MaximumAcceleration=0.2;--- units / s2
    furthermore, the home search has been adjusted:
  • HomeSearchSequenceType=CurrentPositionAsHome;
  • HomeSearchMaximumVelocity=0.01; Unit/Sec
  • HomeSearchMaximumAcceleration=0.1; Unit/Sec2
    now the range has to be positive/negative:

  • MinimumTargetPosition=-20;--- units

  • MaximumTargetPosition=20;--- units
    also needed to add "JogJerkTime = 0.05; Seconds" (copied from original config file)
