Reason for change
RSP users have requested a number of features so the table definitions have been modified accordingly. Even though these features are not needed by ASP, the sql queries need to be changed thereby requiring code changes.
Test Procedure
Tested in dev using data in /ASP/TestSims.
Rollback Procedure
Revert to old tables using dbCreation.sql (Revision 1.31)
