   1. Beamtime prep, Status off:
      1. Getting the detector running in DAQ;
         1. awaiting for Ric Claus and CPO.  Maybe working in a day or two?
         2. Install another detector in MFX today.  (today at 11am)
         3. Bug Chris Ford to make the final connection to the server.  (fiber pull done.  Light check by Chris today)
      2. Getting the fibers installed at MFX and to server;
         1. Today at 11am.
      3. Physical setup to secure the camera;
         1. Chris Koerber has a solution.  Thick sensor camera installed in spent beam area today at 11am.  
      4. Checking we have the multitosingle mode converter box;
         1. Install at MFX today at 11am.  Take the one from ASC.
      5. Cables and supplies to run the camera and what bias we need to apply
         1. Have all the fibers
         2. Need longer power cable with SHV HV connection (banana plugs could suffice if need be).  Cable from Lupe middle of next week?
         3. Waiting from Chris Kenney to tell us bias voltage.  
      6. Light shield to block visible light;

      7. Evaluate the data coming out of the detector;
         1. Once final connections are made.  Take dark data as soon as daq integration is done. 
      8. Testing the data analysis scripts and visulisations;
      9. Testing the timing scan and trigger rate setting script;
      10. Setting up the pre-setup meeting (include TID);
      11. Get the measurement list together;
      12. Schedule the staffing;
      13. Ensure we have the needed support;
