JIRA setup at SLAC

The current production version of JIRA is: 3.4.3. Currently jira.slac.stanford.edu points to web007, and is redirected to tomcat on glastlnx08. jira-new.slac.stanford.edu points to web014, and is redirected to tomcat on glastlnx20.

JIRA work area. Used for attachments, backup and index files (everything else lives in database). I think these directories are configured via the JIRA web interface after it is started

Application definition. Sets database used by JIRA, and controls which war file is used

Has definition of tomcat virtual hosts for JIRA and confluence
