Priority tier descriptions:

  1. The LAT must be powered on, off, and put in a state where science data can be taken before anything else.
  2. Detector Hw performance is of the next highest priority.
  3. Understanding the timing and interaction of the entire instrument is a high priority.
  4. These are higher risk (in my mind) hardware verification tests.
  5. Medium risk hardware verification tests.
  6. Low risk hardware verification tests.
  7. Hardware/Software interface tests.
  8. LAT Level demonstrations.
  9. Pre-ship tests (after Phase 2).
