Impact
PingER at SLAC monitors www.ntc.net.np, prime.edu.np and www.ioe.edu.np. Of these only www.ntc.net.np had data fort over 50% of the last 100 days. Looking at the traceroute for this host it appears to not e connected via TEIN3. The smokeping PingER plot fro SLAC to www.ntc.edu.np is shown below: 
We added www.most.gov.np, www.nren.net.np to the list of PingER monitored hosts on 4/17/2010. The traceroute from SLAC to it identified it as being connected to TEIN3.
