SAS 0 --> 6
--> Two lanes make to DPM. Rerouted through breakout board.
SAS 1 --> 7
--> All four lanes make to DPM
SAS 2 --> 8
--> All four lanes make to DPM
Testing PPOD functionality:
PPOD | SAS 0 | SAS 1 | SAS 2 |
---|---|---|---|
AE100851 | OK | OK | OK |
AE100856 | OK | OK | OK |
AE100849 | OK | OK | OK |
AE100846 | OK | OK | OK |
AE100827 | OK | OK | OK |
CtrlDPM died after tests to AE100849 were completed. The problematic DPM (dpm3) was switched out using another available board. Old dpm3 is now dpm1, new CtrlDPM is dpm5.
September 20th:
Testing Flange Boards:
Flange Board | SAS 0 | SAS 1 | SAS 2 | Flange Board Current (A) | PPOD |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Flange0 | No slow control. | No slow control. | No slow control. | 0.373 | AE100856 |
Flange1 | OK | OK (took two tries) | OK | 0.525 | AE100846 |
Flange2 | OK | OK | OK | 0.525 | AE100849 |
Flange3 | OK | OK | OK | 0.521 | AE100851 |
Numbering convention is top (0) to bottom (3).
Noticed QSFP housing on Flange0 was a bit tilted, back pins were loose. After adjusting the board a bit and re-powering, were able to see all hybrids. Observed flange current flickering between ~0.2 and 0.4 A on first power-up.
Looking for error bits during prolonged running:
Flange Board | SAS 0 Errors/Frames | SAS 1 Errors/Frames | SAS2 Errors/Frames | Flange Board Current (A) | PPOD |
