- Actionable: This is something they will need to be able to take action on and those actions will have consequential effects on
- Knowledgeable: Understanding the concept is important for the greater picture how things work, but now necessarily something they will have direct influence on
- 1=Knowledgeable
- 2=Would benefit
- 3= Would apply to work scope
- 4=
- 5=Critical, needed for everyday work
