PR60 Patch Panel - DB9 Flange Connection "#4" - Stage. Using cable labeled "RS 422 Rotation Stage".

Note: Not connecting DB9 from Micos stage containing limit switch information.

Micos_6237

PM: We measured the downward and upward motions in response to 5 mm requests. Downward is fine, but upward stops and starts. We recommend cleaning.

EG: We don't go to the limits when they are not reliable, we set soft limit 1mm before and after the limits to make sure we don't reach them.I'll be down in the hutch in the afternoon and can have a look at it.

UPDATED: Verified working with Eric and Hae Ja 12/09/23. Success was achieved by greasing the drive shaft of the motor and increasing the run current and run current % to 20 for both. This value, while high, allows for the consistent movement of the stage with the added weight of the pushers.

PR60 Patch Panel - DB15 Flange Connection "5" - StageVT-50-100

PM: We have verified the cabling for the VT50 out to the cable that comes from the stage. Even when using a VT50 parameter set verified from CXI we saw no motion of the stage.Suggest mechanical inspection.

UPDATED: Verified working as of 12/09/23 with Eric and Hae Ja. Solution was using the labelled VT50L cables connected to port 5 on the patch panel.
