Airtable conventions

General

• Required fields for all jobs:
  • Type of Job
    • Default Type of Job is "Misc." if it is not any of the other options
  • Project and/or Experiment
    • A Project can either stand alone or be a part of an Experiment
  • Who is leading (If appropriate)
• If a job should be suppressed from the sharable schedule, set the Detailed View field

PAMM specific

• The upcoming PAMM has a specific View to allow it to be shared with people without Airtable accounts: https://airtable.com/appQBw2hPlktyi5Em/shrs4c1JbkGOrCkQA/tblJJF5kmRxhALA8e
• Similarly, there is a form for adding PAMM jobs: https://airtable.com/appQBw2hPlktyi5Em/shrCpx2DTJ9iJcIqI
• Each PAMM has it's own Assign to PAMM value; jobs not formally assigned to the PAMM default to "PAMM - TBD"
