  • Select detectors to include in the DAQ

  • Target state -> begin running 
  • DAQ Online monitoring using AMI-1 client
    •  Select/click jungfrau4M to bring up the JungFrau area detector
      • Click zoom to zoom in the color scale 
      • Click pan to zoom out the color scale
      • Click Hit Finder to get 2D plot of individual hits -> We usually set ADU threshold to 300
    • Select/click TimeTool/Timetool to bring up the time tool area detector, as well as the 1-D projection and edge fitting plots
      • Click zoom to zoom in the color scale 
      • Click pan to zoom out the color scale
      • Additionally, we can set ROI of the white light on the time tool detector, and create a Takahiro plot to assist finding the t0 edge 
    • Select/click Acqiris to bring up the Acqiris digitizer detector
      • Set cursors to get integration of the signal
  • These windows don’t resize, press alt to move my clicking in the middle of the windows
  • Damage stats 
    • Check if there are damage stats on the detector
    • We need to restart DAQ or check JungFrau status if there are many damages
