We hope that with the early buffer release we can have only one tdetsim.service and one kcu.service file used everywhere.
Files that we'll try putting into GitHub as the "blessed" configurations:

questions:
- is vm.max_map_count in sysctl.conf uniform? can it be? needed by both rogue and
dma engine. perhaps can just set to the largest value with no penalty?
- can we really restrict ourselves to one tdetsim.service and kcu.service?
