All operations are from hpstracker in group C.
Connect the FEB and hybrid(s). Turn on the power to the FEB (see below for instructions). Remember to turn the fan on the FEB.
Start the DAQ:
$ cd /u1/software/software_new
$ source setup_env.csh
$ ./bin/frontEndTestGui
Click <read status> and make sure no error is seen. If so, check that the FEB is powered correctly.
Make sure the AxiXadc temperature is ok (50-60C).
Configure with config/FebConfigHw4.xml
Click <read status> and check that more registers are found.
Turn on power to hybrids (see below)
Do a hard reset under commands/FebCore/HybridHardReset (current on AVDDP should drop ~100mA).
Click <Write config>.
Do a soft reset under commands/FebCore/HybridSoftReset.
Check that the hybrid currents measured are ok. Sync status for each channel can be seen in register RceCore/DataPath[x]/Synced, 1xf for powered channels.
AVDDP: 5.5V, AVDDN: 5.5V, DVDD: 5.5V and flange power 5.5V (parallel to DVDD).

Setup the DAQ environment.
$ cd /u1/software/software_new
$ source setup_env.csh
$ cd /home/tracker/pelle/epics/medm_svt
$ ./runSVTGUIs.sh
Should pop up a few GUIs. (if you want to edit you can run command: $ medm GUINAME).
Setup the EPICS IOC.
$ cd /u1/software/software_new
$ source setup_env.csh
$ cd /home/tracker/pelle/epics/example/iocBoot/iocmyexampleApp
$ ./st.cmd
If things don't seem to work check if the control server port and IP are set correctly in the DAQ setup GUI.
Notes:
In the DAQ GUI: go to config and turn on power to hybrids using Register: HybridXPwrEn (X=0,1,2,3).
Click <Write config>. Check that it worked by reading status and voltages/currents.
