Reason for change

We are now using the absolute value of rocking angle in DQM trending, to mitigate persistent normalization issues.

Test Procedure

We have processed an LPA run in the DEV pipeline with this version of L1Proc. The "before" and "after" plots below show that the correction is effective.

Rollback procedure

We can easily switch back to the previous version of L1Proc.
