Moving toROOT v5.26.00a to pick up the current production version of ROOT as well as use the version currently supported by Gaudi v21r7.

Applied a patch by hand to enable the use of TMVA on windows, see the ROOT Forum discussion:  http://root.cern.ch/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=41853#41853

Compiled and ran tutorials/stress.exe   On windows to build and run successfully via nmake required modifying Makefile.win32 to build optimized using /MD rather than /MDd
