Reason for change
This is the version needed for P6_V11. The switchover is planned for Wednesday, May 25.
Getting ready for P6_V11:
- ScienceTools are now SCons only (GR is still cmt)
- Implementing new directory structure for ST in SCons
- Updated path/code for diffuse response columns
Test Procedure
We have processed LPA and LCI runs in the DEV pipeline with this version of L1Proc.
We produced a new FT1 file for run 316893376:

This file needs to be compared to the one produced during the reprocessing:

There are differences in the galactic diffuse response for a handful of events (all those events are at high galactic latitude). From Jim: <<The implementation for handling the mapcubes that are used in the diffuse response calculations has changed between ST-09-21-00 and ST-09-23-01, so there should be some differences between the diffuse response values calculated using those two versions. Is a 30% difference significant for a handful of events? It depends on the context, but in almost all cases I would say "no">>.
Rollback procedure
We can easily switch back to the previous version of L1Proc before the FSSC switches over to the new photon database (we probably have a few hours to rollback, if needed).
