  1. Pre-setup meeting

  2. Setup deployed on Wednesday in MFX at beam dump location
     1. We can talk to the detector, LCLS dac works fine.
     2. will move the setup to the final position on Saturday, before the beamtime.
     3. Wave8 diodes need to be installed before the beamtime as well
  3. Detector Mask design
     1. Five mask designs ordered    
     2. status
     3. Black kapton need to be stuck to the surface of mask
  4. Measurement plan and staffing
