The 476MHz Master Oscillator provides an RF signal. This is synchronized with the 360Hz 3-phase power line signal (from the a sequencer chassis) in the VME-based Master Trigger Generator. The VMTG output triggers the fiducial generator at 360Hz. The 360Hz output of the fiducial generator is amplitude-modulated onto the original 476MHz signal (2.78ms between peaks, 476MHz frequency) and propagated down the Main Drive Line (MDL).
