The first EPICS class was held on Tuesday, April 28, 2008, in B15, upstairs conference room, from 8am until 12:30pm. The topics included Basic Introduction, Database I, and Database II. As a majority of class participants were from the Power Conversion Department the lecturer tried to use "engineering" language more than "computer science" language.
