PingER at SLAC monitors www.ntc.net.np, prime.edu.np and www.ioe.edu.np. Of these only www.ntc.net.np had data fort over 50% of the last 100 days. Looking at the traceroute for this host it appears to not be connected via TEIN3. This was confirmed by Prashant Manandhar Gaurab Raj Upadhaya of NREN who said on 4/11/2010 that it would be connected soonpointed out that www.ntc.net.np won't be connected to TEIN3 at all. It's the website of a commercial ISP (the telco), and there is no possibility that they will connect.. The smokeping PingER plot from SLAC to www.ntc.edu.np is shown below:
