On Nov. 10 found that above "systemctl start" didn't work, complaining about a problem with avahi-daemon.  Matt did "sudo modprobe tpr" and this worked?

This was from Ric's new collection-aware tpr process and it didn't break until a later transition.  Was able to reproduce more easily by running the old standalone non-collection tprtrig process:

tprtrig -t a -c 0 -o 1 -d 2 -w 10 -z -p 2
