Lane Assignments and Fiber Connections

NOTE (June 2, 2021): we think we have a bad qsfp on cmp007 fiber 1 (counting from 1, so lane 0).  Problem remained after swapping breakout fibers.

NOTE (July 15, 2021): currently the timing link from FIM to XPM (deadtime feedback) does not function.  Matt is working on it.

TMO: Counting from zero: 1,2 (0 is bad, see above)

RIX: cmp007 PGP lanes counting from zero: 4 (chemrix), 5 (KB: mr4k2), 7 (KB: mr3k2) (was 6, but fiber 6 was bad?),.  Data Patch panel: in RIX rack01 the order of patch fibers in the top left corner of the cassette is (left to right): mr4k2, mr3k2, chemrix.  XPM:3 Timing: AMC0 (right most one) ports 2,3,4 (counting right to left, starting from 0): mr4k2, mr3k2, chemrix.
