  • Supported device list revival
    • The supported device list referred to in the icd is being overhauled right now and should be available for consideration soon
  • Example of how this ICD might assist with arrangements for floor planning, and allocating controls hardware volume by clearing identifying where the controls groups will need assistance with things like enclosure design, cooling, purchasing devices, arranging for grounding and bonding.
  • This ICD is not meant to interfere with the flow between any controls team in the collective and their respective ME or stakeholder teams, rather to be used as needed and as a way to incite discussion and better understanding of scope coverage.
  • Consider the ICD in conjunction with our WBS dictionary which also contains some definitions of roles and responsibilities.
