SSHFS allows you mount remote SLAC Unix storage on your local desktop or laptop.
Authentication is done using your SLAC Unix username and password (or passwordless GSSAPI if you have already done a local kinit on your desktop or laptop).
SSHFS uses the SFTP protocol and standard SSH authentication. See https://github.com/libfuse/sshfs for more information.
