Tracking one issue with the new upgrade installation client (ICAClientWeb-rhel-13.3.0.344519-0) and kernel. Have seen this not work on system, even after restarting browser. The solution was to uninstall the version, and re-install the client again.
Error is
(process:6837): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_path_get_basename: assertion `file_name != NULL' failed
Error: 75 (E_DYNLOAD_FAILED)
