1. Check to make sure that all the evio files have been copied from the counting house to the mss tape before proceeding
2. Check if the workflow already exists.  If so, and view its status.  If the workflow is already exists and is running, then stop.  Someone has already started running the workflow.just let it continue running.  
   •    swif status run-7373-dqm-workflow
3. Logged into one of the ifarm machines at jlab as hps, execute the following commands to create the workflow and run it.
   •    cd /group/hps/production/dqm/scripts
   •    python mkworkflow.py 7373 --request
