The geometry alignment parameters for cxi49012 have been copied from cxi80410-r1150.
For test we use cxi49012 data from runs 8(dark) 20(rings), written on 2012-02-02.
To adjust quads the files were changed as follows:

offset

All offsets 834 were changed to 820 in order to get more space for positive gaps at minimal other parameters.

The offset_corr were adjusted for gapx=gapy=0, when quad's 2x1 touch to each other without overlap. Then, the gaps were increased to 4:
