For this analysis, two sets of plots were generated:
- For each run, the distribution of pedestal widths were plotted as a time series on a 2D histogram. Plots with "Distribution of Pedestal Widths:" show such plots.
- For each run, the distribution of pedestals for that run were compared to those of the reference run. The resulting histograms were drown as a time series in a 2D histogram. Plots with "Distribution of Pedestal Differnces: " show such plots.

These histograms were created for the four different pedestal ranges, LEX8,LEX1,HEX8, and HEX1. In all of the histograms, the value on the x-axis represents the sequential number of the runs.
In all of the histograms shown, the dotted line marks the reference run
