For next week's stress testing of the pipeline we need to process MC. As explained in the previously accepted L1Proc 1.45 request, the latest version of ft2Util can no longer do this. So for the test phase we would like to temporarily revert back to the old version of ft2Util (the version that was in L1Proc 1.44). This new version of L1Proc will not be used to process any real data. After the stress testing we will make a new L1Proc, v1.48, to revert back to which will be an identical copy of the current PROD version of L1Proc (the equivalent of L1Proc v1.46). This request covers both of these changes.
