Implementing Help for EDM

Displays
- If Help button for display a help page does not yet exist , copy from existing screen.for your screen, create one in the space https://confluence.slac.stanford.edu/display/LCLSHELP/
- EDM displays are per Subsystem. Create a new child page under the main subsystem page
- Naming scheme is "Subsystem-Geographical Location"
- Create a Shell Command widget that reads In edit mode, double click "Help..." button.
- In "Shell Command Properties" screen, enter the command: firefox URL in URL in the "Shell Command" field .Save and Exit.as shown below
